Toronto Comicon 2026: Everything You Need to Know for March 20-22
Toronto Comicon 2026 takes over the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on March 20-22, bringing together fans of comics, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, anime, gaming, and cosplay for one of the city's biggest pop culture weekends.
What to Expect
Comicon is a three-day celebration of fandom culture featuring:
- Exhibitor hall with hundreds of vendors selling comics, collectibles, artwork, and memorabilia
- Celebrity meet-and-greets and photo opportunities (guests announced closer to the event)
- Panel discussions covering comics, film, TV, and gaming
- Cosplay competition with prizes for best costumes
- Gaming zone with retro and modern games
- Artist Alley where independent creators sell original work and do live sketches
Timing Is Everything
Comicon 2026 lands on the final weekend of March Break, making it an ideal family outing. Saturday is typically the busiest day, with cosplay peaking in the afternoon. Friday evening and Sunday morning tend to be the least crowded for those who want more browsing time.
Getting There
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is at 255 Front Street West, accessible via Union Station (Line 1) and a short walk through the PATH. Weekend parking rates in the area are steep; TTC is recommended.
